How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select the item you want and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and securely complete your purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped we cannot make changes.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact our support team and we will resend your confirmation.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it
Please check around your property, with neighbours, and with your local courier depot. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact our support team.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on location.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
My product arrived damaged
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item, contact our support team with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Yes. Six Beauty Cosmetics products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
